Terms and Conditions

Please read all the terms and conditions carefully

1. A booking is taken as provisional & held for a max of 7 days until Sea-Juicer Charters receives the following:

  Deposit or payment as defined in section 2 below.
 The Customers full name, address, telephone number or email address has been provided
  Upon receipt of all the above Sea-Juicer Charters will confirm the booking either by email or post
  Terms and conditions of booking apply to all bookings confirmed to the customer by Sea-juicer Charters and by entering into a confirmed booking the customer agrees to be bound by them.
  Any correspondence will only be with the person who has made the booking., Deposit or Payment

2. Payments

A deposit of £200 is required for booking the whole boat. Or £40pp for individuals.

The remainder of the fee is payable on the day or in advance by cleared Funds 

Please note we only accept cash on the day of trip or prepaid cleared funds as payment for remainder of your balance 

Sorry, no credit cards or cheques.

3. Cancellations
Bad Weather = Skippers Discretion Another date can be chosen.

By You =   1. Deposit or payment is forfeited.
                 2. 10 days or less before booked date then full charter fee is payable. (you will be invoiced for full amount)
                 3. Failure to turn up on time Payment forfeited. (you will be invoiced for full amount)


The customer must telephone Sea-Juicer Charters the evening before the charter (7PM – 7:15PM), to check that the weather is going to be suitable for the planned trip. On rare occasions the charter may get cancelled on the morning of the trip if the weather forecast has changed overnight.

Sea-Juicer Charters decision is final regarding the weather & sea conditions. We do try to fulfil as many trips as possible however safety & sea conditions take priority.

Sea-juicer Charters cannot be held liable for any loss incurred by the Customer if the trip has to be cancelled.

Sea-Juicer Charters reserves the right to alter a planned trip with regards to the fishing and weather conditions, e.g. a long range trip may have to change to an inshore trip. or start & return times might vary .

4. Alcohol & Drugs

Please note if you do drink alcohol onboard you are not covered by my insurance 

A couple of cans of low strength alcohol will be permitted on board,  STRICTLY NO WINE or SPIRITS.


ANY alcohol allowed on board is at the skipper’s sole discretion. It is your responsibility to inform all members of your group about this prior to the charter.

If Any person appears to be a liability or Drunk the boat won’t leave or will return to port with full payment required.

5. General
At The start of the charter you will be required to sign that you have read & understood my safety documents & Safety brief.  You will also be required to give a contact number in case of a emergency. 

Any injury sustained during a charter must be reported to the skipper on the vessel & on day of the charter.

The Skipper can cancel the trip if on arrival, if the skipper considers any passengers unfit to go, through drink, drugs or present a danger to the boat or others on board. Your payment will be forfeited. In all events the Skippers decision is final.

Children under 16 years old will only be taken by prior agreement & with their parent / guardian accompanying them.
